Order and payment methods

In two ways online on our website and by phone at +30 23810 24075 (English speaking salesperson).

Payment of your online order is made by credit or debit card, while in telephone orders a payment link will be send to you via email to proceed with payment and the order.

Unfortunately not. Our products have customizations that make them unique and only for you! So the payment can not be made after we give them their identity..

Shipping and Packaging

All our products are sent by DHL Express and DHL. For more details see our Shipping Policy.

It depends on your order. If it is one of our standard products then it will be in your hands within 4 to 5 working days depending on your location. For orders where there is customization (name or initials) then we will need an additional 1 day.

For special orders of the YVO organization system then we will need a little more .. 7 to 10 working days. In any case we will always keep you informed about the progress of your order. More details about delivery times please see our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Cancellations

Our products are all handmade and of high quality. No product is shipped without going through a series of quality controls throughout its manufacture.

However, if we miss something then the product will have to be returned and if it is not repaired it will be replaced. See *Refund Policy in more detail.

Of course, the sooner the better ... but be careful if the cancellation is not made within the next day of the order, that is, as long as we still have the order in our premisses then unfortunately you will not be able to cancel it.

For products that have customizations (name engraving) or made just for you (YVO Custom) unfortunately there is no possibility of cancellation if the configuration has already been done or their construction has started. See the *Refund Policy in more detail.

Of course, just do not use detergents, a little water on a cloth or a slightly damp baby wipe is enough to remove any stains or fingerprint.

In case you are reading these lines after using a mild detergent do not worry. Chances are that if you did it once nothing will happen .. just a little more attention next time.

All the products of our website are of our own design and construction. With great joy and pride since 1989 we design and manufacture products related to jewelry display, storage and organization.

The main materials of our products are high quality synthetic napa, MDF, wood and vegetable plastic PLA. Our coatings are non-toxic water based lacquers and varnishes.

The majority of our products are bought here in Greece, except from our coavering materials (synthetic napa) which are German.
